• Make sure there is always water in the stand
• Do not expose your tree directly to air conditioning or a fan heater
• Sprinkle your tree with a water-vapourizer daily or whenever it feels dry
• If your tree is placed outdoors make sure to check it frequently

 
Please observe the following cautions:

• Although this is a product of Nature, it is not safe for humans or animals to eat the needles
• If you use tree lights, disconnect the electricity before you water or sprinkle your tree
• In Denmark, the custom is to use lighted candles. If you use candles, make sure there are no branches close to or above any candles as they dry out and catch fire
• Keep a fire extinguisher close at hand
